How do I pick a home based business to create residual income?
Are you tired of punching the clock? Do you have the ability to do what you want, when you want? Are you able to attend all of your child or grandchild's events? Does your child have to stay after school in the after care program till 5 or 6 every day to wait for YOU to get off your day job? Do you run out of money each month to take care of your basic needs... or more importantly...to 'treat yourself' now and again... (for me, it's a massage!)
These are the questions you may want to ask yourself to see if you'd like to venture into a home business, part time...or even possibly to replace your job...
What to look for in a home based business?
1. Would I use this product or service EVEN IF THERE WASN'T AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE MONEY FROM IT! Very basic...but real... if you would NOT use the products or services with or without an income opportunity; then your 'customers & teammates' may not either, therefore it is NOT going to be RESIDUAL... I want to help you create a RESIDUAL INCOME from home...not just a bunch of one time sales!
2. Do you ENJOY working with the people you're signing up with or partnering with? Yes... you get to CHOOSE who you work with!
3. Is the product cost comparative to the mainstream marketplace? Many MLM products ARE overpriced, albeit HIGH quality and OFTEN worth the markup...
4. Is the product 'recession proof?'
5. Is the company stable and going to be here for you long term... Ok... we don't have a crystal ball...but there are signs!
